Nicolle Henderson

Principal Broker

Born and raised in Eureka, California, Nicolle moved to Medford, Oregon with her family in 2012 after being struck by the beauty of the Rogue Valley. The distinct seasons, lakes, and vineyards are a few of her favorite things about the Rogue Valley.

Nicolle has over fifteen years of customer service experience. Her experience as a legal assistant performing transactional, business and estate planning work has allowed her to develop a wide array of skills, knowledge and a solid foundation as a real estate broker. Having closed over sixty (60) transactions successfully, in addition to her partnership with the largest brokerage in Southern Oregon, John L. Scott, you can count on Nicolle for the experience, support and guidance you need during your important transaction. Nicolle understands the value of continued education and is always looking for ways to learn and improve, becoming a licensed principal broker in 2022. She participates in weekly coaching and training focused on customer service and current market conditions. Nicolle is dedicated to her clients and strives to build long lasting relationships with them. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible and achieve the best outcome for her clients.

When she is not working, Nicolle enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, riding her motorcycle, and fitness. Nicolle has a special place in her heart for the Be the Match organization (National Marrow Donor Program) and has been on the registry since she was 18 years old. A contribution is made from each of her closings to help support the registry member growth. Nicolle is proud to be a broker with John L. Scott, who gives back to the community through the John L. Scott Foundation, which has raised nearly $18 million for children’s healthcare.
